Concord Properties Partners Co., Ltd., known as Concord Properties, was founded in 1999 by the Frank Gallucci family with the mission of developing and leasing commercial properties ideally suited for smaller retailers, professional practices, and office-based businesses.

 
Concord Properties currently owns and manages two such commercial properties:

 

• The Gallucci Building at 1438 SOM Center Road in Mayfield Heights.  This building is located directly across from Eastgate Shopping Center and Hillcrest Hospital. 
  

• The Frank Gallucci Building is located in the heart of the historic East 185th Street business corridor at 689 through 695 East 185th Street in Cleveland.  

Because we are a small company, Concord Properties is very responsive to the needs of our tenants.  You will have the personal  cell numbers for the Managing Partner as well as the Property Manager to contact day or night in case of an emergency!
